How To Get Here - By Car

From Central London M1

Head North following A41 signs through Marylebone, St Johns Wood, Swiss Cottage and Finchley. Follow the M1 north signs. Join the M1 at Brent Cross/Staples Corner (Junction 1). Continue on the M1 and leave at Junction 5 following the A41 north to Watford and Aylesbury. Continue on the A41 around Watford and to the M25. Leave the M25 at Junction 20 and take the A41 signposted Aylesbury. After approx 9 miles take the Tring exit. (15 minutes approx). At the end of the slip road turn right and go under the A41, 10 yards at the 2nd roundabout, take the 2nd exit sign posted London and Berkhamsted (A4251). After approx 200 yards turn left into Cow Lane, signposted Tring Station & Pendley Manor. The entrance to Pendley Manor is a quarter of a mile on the right.

From The North M1

Leave the M1 at Junction 11 and turn right onto the A505 to Dunstable. In the centre of Dunstable at the double mini roundabout turn left onto the B489. Continue on the B489 for approx 7 miles until 'T' Junction at lvinghoe. Turn left onto B488 following signs to Tring. After approx 2 miles turn left following signs to 'Tring Station' and 'Aldbury'. After 2 miles 'T' Junction, turn right and go past Tring Station and continue for 1 mile. The entrance to Pendley Manor is on the left, next to Pendley Theatre.

From The North M40

Leave the M40 at Junction 9, turn left to Bicester on the A41 and after approx 3 miles (outskirts of Bicester) at the roundabout turn right onto the A41 following signs to Aylesbury (approx 17 miles). Use Aylesbury ring road and follow A41 signs to London. Until the year 2003 go through Aston Clinton and onto the Tring by pass (A41). Take the first exit off the A41 by pass. At the roundabout take the 2nd exit signposted London and Berkhamsted (A4251 )- After approx 200 yards turn left into Cow Lane, signposted Tring Station & Pendley Manor. The entrance to Pendley Manor is a quarter of a mile on the right.


How To Get Here - By Train

London Midland run frequent services to Tring direct from London Euston (40 minutes) and less frequently from Clapham Junction (65 minutes). Services also run from Northampton (40 minutes) and Milton Keynes (15 minutes). Pendley Manor is a 10 minute walk from Tring Station. Turn left out of the station along Station Road. You will pass the Grand Union Canal, Swinburn Stables and then reach the Station Road entrance for the Manor. The last trains southbound to London leave Tring at 23:38 and 00:16. (Correct as of 20/01/14, please check before you travel.)
